Turkey Baby Footprint Card

Gobble Gobble! Have you ever had an idea in your mind and you never know if it will really turn out? Well, I had one of those moments and I think this turned out better than expected. I randomly cut feathers from scrapbook papers and FINALLY used these skeleton leaves that I've had in my stash for about 9 years! It feels really good to use up what's been hanging around for so long. I mounted the turkey body with my favorite product, Pop Dots, for added dimension. So enjoy your Turkey Day!

  1. I care for little children (infants and toddlers) in my home. I just love doing crafts with them and for their parents. We all especially enjoy the crafts that use baby prints! Thanksgiving is this week, so I did this craft. I first had the kids (even an 11 month old boy) finger paint on paper, then I cut the feathers out of that painted paper, and then I finished it with the footprint for the body/head. Very cute - wish I could send you a photo.

  2. I'm so glad you were inspired! I'm sure your little footprints turned out adorable! It was so much fun trying to think of all the different prints throughout the year to share with everyone.
